"Just a short note to inform you of a recent purchase of the Edgeprep Machine from your company. I have been in the machine-laid concrete edge business trading as Kerb King in Toowoomba for 13 years and I wish I had bought this machine 10 years ago.
It now makes digging the trench for the garden edges an enjoyable part of the job. It is not back breaking and you still feel reasonably fresh at the end of the day. The EdgePrep has dug through ground that a pick would have trouble in and its a lot quicker and more efficient for business productivity. Just wanted to drop a line or two to say thanks for all of the technical, marketing and moral support you gave me about starting up my new business using the Edgemaster equipment.
I am sure you get bombarded with thousands of questions from all your clients, like you did from me. But I can honestly say that you were very knowledgeable and accurate in answering all questions I asked. Because now that I am out doing the jobs, the things you told me about this business are true. This stuff sells itself.
I have purchased a 1 ton dump truck and a 6 X 9 enclosed trailer for equipment decorated with my business name. I have done 10 jobs since I started and have 3 booked for this week, and have 8 bids pending. People love this stuff, and 90% of the customers have never heard of the concrete edging. What a neat business. This is just part time - I can't wait till I go full time.
